Simply let us know your planned departure and return dates, and we'll schedule your disconnect and reconnect for you. Best of all, your equipment stays safely installed in your home, making it easy to restore service when you return.

Planning ahead helps ensure a smooth transition. If your requested disconnect or reconnect date falls on a weekend or holiday, your service will be disconnected or restored on the previous business day. Scheduling in advance allows us to process your request efficiently and have your service ready when you need it.
